more of baby kate

I'm finally getting around to posting the rest of baby Kate. 

Not only did I get to take pictures of her when she was only 48 hours old 

but I went back yesterday and photographed her at 14 days old. 

We even got to sneak in some older brother and sister in there!

This is such a good looking family, as well as the nicest and most generous! I feel very lucky

to call them my friends!

These first two were at the hospital when Kate was only 48 hours old.

I don't think dad was too thrilled that I wanted to photograph him

but I have a feeling in a year he'll look back and be glad he has this moment

documented.

You know how I told you that a sweet friend of mine, Sarah, was about to give 

birth?! As in, it could be any day?!

Seven days after we took these pictures baby Kate was born.

And if she's going to be anything like her momma and daddy

then I'll be proud to watch her grow!

remember to stop and smell the roses...

... or destroy them if you're having a bad day!

don't let that sweet face fool you, she was having a baaaad day!

Here he is just three short months later, and even cuter!!

I've really enjoyed capturing my sweet friend, Sarah, in all her 

pregnancy glow. 

She was the perfect model. Not only does she look like one.... tall, slender, beautiful

but she's just as wholesome and beautiful on the inside!

Looking at her you would never know she's due any day with her third kid... 

yep, THIRD people!

And not one single stretch mark! gawh!

charlie

I had so much fun photographing and then editing this little man.

Even though Charlie's only six months old he's got a ton 

of personality.... just like his sweet momma.

We had to wake him up to start taking pictures and I was a little worried he would 

be grumpy, but, nope, he rolled with the punches and I even

got some chuckles out of him at the end.

My favorite part about this session? Getting his sweet baby rolls!
