my baby's curls

her sweet baby curls are slowly growing out (sniff sniff). Probably within the next year they'll all be cut off and not to be seen again until (hopefully) she's a teenager. 

I had to document the sweetness.

10 on 10: january 2012 edition

So excited to start off the New Year with a 10 on 10! 

New to 10 on 10? Here's the rundown: 10 FABULOUS photographers from around the country posting 10 of their favorite photos on the 10th day of each month.

This month I chose to document a date that my daughter and I went on. 

We took the train from downtown San Jose to Sunnyvale. Granted, in the car it's only about a 20 minute drive but taking the train for a 2 year old is pure excitement. Especially when it's your first time on a train. We frequently see the commuter trains and we talk about them and even read about them (Anybody heard of Thomas the Train?) but to actually RIDE one?! Too much fun not to document.
